Meet Maui the Amazon
Maui is a 36 year old male Amazon. We're not positive, but Maui seems to be a hybrid between a red lord and another species of Amazon parrot. In any case, Maui is a very pretty bird.
Maui loves music and loves to be in front of the mirror. He will say Hello and ring like a telephone. Maui has a lame foot, but it doesn't stop him from doing anything he wants to.
Adoptions require multiple visits over the course of at least 2 weeks before the bird can go home with you. We look for the interaction between the bird and the prospective owner. It's important that the bird can form a bond with you and if the bird makes it clear that it does not like you, then the adoption will not be possible.
